- Keep the deposit as credit for six months, or get it back less a 10% handling fee.

- The deposit is forfeited.

House rules
- No smoking in the rooms. A deep-clean charge applies.
- Loud music stops at 22:00.
- Visitors who are not registered guests stay out of the rooms.
