Cookie Policy
What this website stores in your browser, and why.

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages or visits. This page lists what this site actually uses. It is a short list.
What we use
- Security and anti-spam
- Our enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is filling it in rather than a bot. It sets a short-lived token and receives your IP address.
- Staff login
- Our staff administration area sets a session cookie so a signed-in staff member stays signed in. It is never set for ordinary visitors to the site.
- Basic site function
- Our hosting provider may set cookies needed to serve the site and balance traffic.
What we do not use
We do not run advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell anything about your browsing to anyone.
Other services this site loads
Images on this site are served from an image hosting service, and fonts are served from our own domain. Loading an image means the image host receives your IP address, in the same way any website request does. If you click through to WhatsApp, Google Maps or Booking.com from this site, those services set their own cookies under their own policies, not ours.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the security cookie our enquiry form will stop working, because we will not be able to tell you apart from a bot. Everything else on the site will carry on working normally.
Changes
If what we store changes, this page changes with it.
