Paying and changing plans
- To confirm
- A 50% deposit. The balance is paid on arrival by cash, card or EFT.
- Held for you
- Two days while the deposit comes through. After that the room goes back on sale.
- Cancel 24 hours or more ahead
- Keep the deposit as credit for six months, or get it back less a 10% handling fee.
- Cancel inside 24 hours
- The deposit is forfeited.

House rules
- No smoking in the rooms. A deep-clean charge applies.
- Loud music stops at 22:00.
- Visitors who are not registered guests stay out of the rooms.
- Every guest is registered at check-in. Bring your ID.
